1. Product Information

All products are described as accurately as possible, with variations in colour, design, or size considered minor and acceptable. Returns based on minor written errors will not be accepted.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the United Kingdom, Europe, and internationally.
Rates & Delivery timelines vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

3. Customs and Duties

International customers outside of Europe (and some within) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchanges may be permitted if items are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange.

Soul & Stone will not be held responsible for any postage delays for any reason.
