This will vary depending on a) where you are located and b) the option you choose at checkout.

For UK deliveries we have a 24h or 48h option. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.

We aim for all parcels to be with you in 2-5 business days, depending on the selections and location.

For international deliveries this can take a day or two longer but again we aim for it to be within 2-5 business days.

As with all postage, delays with the postal courier can occur.

This varies depending on a) your location and b) the speed of postage which you choose at checkout.

For UK deliveries, there are 2 size options, and 2 speed options.

A Large letter on a 24h service is charged at £2.46. A parcel on a 24h service is £4.99

A Large letter on a 48h service is charged at £1.49 and a Parcel on a 48h service is £3.95.

Orders over a certain amount (this depends on the size of the parcel) will qualify for free postage. This will be highlighted to you at checkout.

Faulty items must be alerted to us within 7 days of arrival.

Any other item can be returned within 14 days of arrival at your location, however returns postage is covered by the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
